Right of withdrawal
The legal return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the accessories or gifts included in its case. After checking the status of the product, the amount will be refunded according to the same method of payment used by the customer.
The expenses originated from the return of the products will be borne by the buyer. The client can manage the transportation for the return or, in case they want us to manage it, we will inform them of the amount of the same in the return process.
The following products cannot be returned unless they are defective:
-Products that cannot be returned due to hygienic or health protection reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery (for example cosmetic products), or that were, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other products.
-Products that can deteriorate or expire quickly (for example, food or perishable products or those subject to a short expiration date)
