Sacacorchos camarero doble

This is the traditional paella pan used by spaniards for ages.  As you use your paella pan it will become seasoned getting  a different colour.  You can use it for grill, oven or on top of the stove.  After every use wash the paella pan by hand and season it with a light film of oil to prevent rust.  Should any rust appear merely wipe if off. Enjoy your Paellas!!!!
