Arcos is a spanish company based in Albacete (Catilla la Mancha), they have been producing knifes for the last 250 years.  Very high quality products.

This is the traditional paella pan used by spaniards for ages.  As you use your paella pan it will become seasoned getting  a different colour.  You can use it for grill, oven or on top of the stove.  After every use wash the paella pan by hand and season it with a light film of oil to prevent rust.  Should any rust appear merely wipe if off.
