It is big enough to serve 6 people. The pan bottom is dimpled so that the heat spreads perfectly. After each use season it with a wipe film of olive oil, to prevent rust. Should any rust apper then wipe it off. Enjoy your paella!!!!
This is the traditional paella pan used by spaniards for ages. As you use your paella pan it will become seasoned getting a different colour. You can use it for grill, oven or on top of the stove.
