This paella pan is specially designed for induction cooktops, but can also be used on the oven, on top of the stove and grill.

It is big enough to serve 6 people.  The pan bottom is dimpled so that the heat spreads perfectly.  After each use season it with a wipe film of olive oil, to prevent rust.  Should any rust apper then wipe it off.  Enjoy your paella!!!!
