It is big enough to serve 6 people.  The pan bottom is dimpled so that the heat spreads perfectly.  After each use season it with a wipe film of olive oil, to prevent rust.  Should any rust apper then wipe it off.  Enjoy your paella!!!!

When the autumn arrives in Spain you see in the streets people roasting chestnuts in stands, and selling them to people.  Now we have the pan available to roast them at home!

Buying olive oil in carafes is cheaper than buying it in a one-liter bottle. The problem is that working with carafes in the kitchen is impossible. You need an oiler to add a little oil and make it easier to handle.
