Goat cheese with rosemary, made in Murcia. A traditional cheese from Ermita Cruz. Ideal for preparing delicious Spanish tapas. Product cut at the moment and vacuum packed.
Ingredients and allergens:
Pasteurized cow's milk (min. 57%), goat's milk (min. 18%), sheep's milk (min. 10%), salt, rennet, stabilizer: calcium chloride, preservative: lysozyme (an egg derivative) and lactic acid. Inedible rind. Rind: preservatives (E-202, E-235) and coloring E-160b(ii).
