This Iberian salchichón from Salamanca has been made with Iberian pork meat, pigs fed with acorns. It can be served as tapas or added to traditional dishes such as stews and soups.

Onion, rice, blood, bacon and lard, natural spice blend, salt, vegetable fiber, gluten-free bread starch (corn starch and flour, sugar, salt, water), and almonds. Edible natural casing treated with a preservative (potassium sorbate). May contain egg, milk, and soy.
