PAN TO ROAST CHESTNUTS
When the autumn arrives in Spain you see in the streets people roasting chestnuts in stands, and selling them to people. Now we have the pan available to roast them at home!
This is the traditional paella pan that it's used in most of the spanish homes, it is the best one as you can use it in the oven or on top of the stove!
It serves 19 people. The pan bottom is dimpled so that the heat spreads perfectly. After each use season it with a wipe film of olive oil, to prevent rust. Should any rust apper then wipe it off. Enjoy your paella!!!!
