BROWN CERAMIC OVEN DISH - 14CM

Traditional terracota jar for serving sangría in Spain.  This jar has a capacity of 500 ml of content.  It is made in Spain.

28 cm diameter clay casserole without handles, ideal for serving tapas of olives, nuts.... or for homemade custard! It is also widely used for the famous Catalan cream, for which we have all the utensils to make it, including the sugar burner...! Frost and fire resistant.

This cazuelitas are perfect for serving "Tapas" or the "crema catalana dessert" as they are 20 cms diameter.

We use the mortar in Spain a lot to make mayonnaise, alioli, majao... that is, to bind sauces. It is something very practical for all Spanish cuisine. When making a paella, we will need it. A chicken with garlic, the sauce must be made in a mortar... and an infinity of other things...
