The DYC Whiskey brand (Destilerías y Crianza del Whisky), with more than 50 years of experience, has become one of the most endearing and felt as their own by the Spanish. The distillery produces exclusively double-distilled Whiskey in column stills. It uses water from the Eresma River that flows directly from the peaks of the Sierra de Guadarrama to the distillery. The distillation phase is carried out at the Palazuelos de Eresma distillery (Segovia) and the blending and bottling at the Valverde del Majano plant (Segovia), where Anís Castellana is also produced (also available in our online store).

Wine made from Albariño grapes with the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin. It is served very cold and can accompany any fish or seafood dish that you can find on our YOUR SPANISH CORNER website.

Spanish brandy from Jerez. A solera reserve brandy made at Bodegas Osborne in El Puerto de Santa María, with a special blend of different wine spirits, aged in American oak casks following the traditional criaderas and soleras process.

Pacharán is a liqueur obtained by macerating sloes, a bluish-black fruit of the blackthorn tree. It is an aniseed-flavoured spirit, typical of the regions of Navarre and Aragon. It was already known in the Middle Ages.

This is a sweet wine that has an average age of 6 years. In Spain it is typical that it is accompanied by desserts and appetisers.

Bodegas Juan Gil has created this Juan Gil Silver Lable, a red wine that matures for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Velvety and fruity, this Monastrell is a sure value with great value for money.

Freixenet has this reserve cava, Brut Barroco, in a special bottle. Essential for a good company.

Martín Códax, the character that gave this Albariño its name, was one of the most important Galician troubadours of the Middle Ages.

The “Martín Códax” Albariño is made entirely with Albariño grapes, following a rigorous and careful process to guarantee its varietal purity and the traditional essence of the wines originating in the Salnés Valley.

Larios is one of the best-known Spanish gins, a gin with two distillations that has different elements as its main ingredients: First distillation: Juniper berries; Second distillation: Bitter oranges from Haiti and lemons from the Mediterranean.

Cacique is a premium dark rum from Venezuela. It is a blend of various types of rum, distilled three times and aged for two years in white oak barrels.

Ballantine's is a brand of blended Scotch Whisky, manufactured by the Scottish company George Ballantine & Son Ltd. Ballantine's is made from a blend of more than 40 malt and grain whiskys, with a recipe that has remained true to its original since 1910.
